We are looking for a Purchasing and Product Manager to maintain and develop supplier relationships



  • Strengthen relationship with all the suppliers and Ensure suppliers’ satisfaction through appropriate communication : Visits to suppliers, video-/phone conferences, etc.
  • Collect necessary information and Negotiate price & volume including conditions with suppliers quickly and in a timely manner in close alignment with Sales members and Logitsics team.
  • Monitor all new developments of products with customers and Manage all the daily topics with suppliers.
  • Prepare, execute and follow-up quarterly meetings and meetings on demand with all the suppliers.
  • Create new business opportunities from suppliers point of view by having a well communication with suppliers.
  • Have a strong co-operation with Sales members and Logistics team by feeding with relevant supply market intelligence.
  • Regular information exchange with Sales members and Logistics team about Sales forecast, Goods availability, Stock with short expiry date, etc.
  • Bring market trend & requirements (Customers voice, CSR, Regulation, Quality, etc) to suppliers
  • In-depth understanding of local, regional and global market dynamics and the ability to identify the capabilities of each supplier, draw conclusions and propose a new plan & strategy for our future growth to your Manager & Director.


  • Professional experience in Product manager, Inside sales, or purchasing preferably but not only of chemical substances
  • Strong commercial sense in order to coordinate & optimize communication & supply chain with suppliers, and to achieve a competitive advantage.
  • Excellent intercultural communication skills to cooperatively drive decision-making processes forward
  • Fluent in English, further languages are nice-to-have
  • proactive, positive, reliable and flexible
  • Practical experience and sound knowledge in the fields of logistics, business administration and project management.
  • Experience in negotiations between business partners, preferably within an international scope
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel, PPT, and ERP systems and IT tools
  • Planning and organizational abilities to ensure the successful execution of projects willingness to travel internationally
  • Familiar with procurement
