To further develop our fingerprint, we are looking for a
Sales Director DACH
TASKS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of the sales team and the customer service team in the German subsidiary
- Sales activities of cosmetic ingredients in DACH and Northern Europe & Eastern countries
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement a high-level sales strategy and action plan to achieve the company’s mid term plan and company vision for the defined territory
- Build and maintain a strong, lasting relationship and familiarity with customers
- Sales responsibility
- Responsible to directly manage sales team (2 sales person + 1 inside sales person) and customer service team (1 leader and 3 person) at German branch
- Management of all sales activities, such as :
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- customer contract negotiations, business review with key customers
- Prospecting new customers and opportunities, market and customer analyses
- Budget planning, sales forecasts
- Bring market trends and customers voice to management and marketing team for company strategic actions, sourcing activities, and supplier management
- Represent the company at trade fairs or scientific days
QUALIFICATION
- University degree in Biochemistry or Biology or Chemistry or Engineering School (EBI) or specialized training (ISIPCA). Possibility coupled with business school but technical base
- Long years’ experience in the sale of ingredients for the cosmetics or personal care industry or in personal care distribution company
- Very good knowledge of the cosmetics market and very good connection with customers (Purchasing and R&D) in Europe, especially DACH
- Very good experience to manage people as manager & leader of a team.
- Strong commercial sense & strategy design skills
- Fluent English and German or full professional ability. Excellent spelling.
- French is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
